Chef and owner Jose Salazar created Goose & Elder as a casual restaurant and bar showcasing American comfort food with a focus on fresh, healthy, local and sustainable ingredients.
We are open seven days a week from 8 am to 3 pm. Located across from the vibrant and historic Findlay Market in Cincinnati’s OTR, we think of ourselves as the ideal neighborhood restaurant and watering hole.
Our cozy space features a relaxed and airy dining room and an inviting full-service bar. Our seasonal salads showcase the best ingredients from the Ohio Valley. The drinks aren’t pretentious, just well-made. We offer a full selection of domestic and imported beers, including many local craft favorites. The rotating wine list is curated and concise, with a variety of palate pleasing options. Most importantly, our vibe is casual and approachable, so whether you’re enjoying a laid back business lunch or brunch with the kiddos—we’re that place where everyone feels welcome.
